GavelOS LLC, doing business as GavelOS, operates gavelos.com to explain our software and help auction companies contact us. These terms concern this public website. They do not replace a signed order form, subscription agreement, or the terms that apply to the separate GavelOS application.

GavelOS provides software. It is not the auctioneer or seller in auctions run by companies using the software and does not hold bidder funds. An auction company's bidding, sale, payment, pickup, and refund terms apply to its own transactions.

Product information and demonstrations

Product information on this website explains the software; it does not create a subscription or grant access. Screenshots using sample data and illustrations explain workflows and do not represent actual customer transactions. Illustrative views are labeled where shown.

A demonstration request starts a conversation with us. It is not an order or a commitment to purchase. Software access, activation timing, pricing, billing frequency, and commercial terms are specified in the applicable order form or agreement. Subscriptions are billed by invoice or through Stripe as agreed with the customer.

Using the website
